"You can change the world with a hot bath, if you sink into it from a place of knowing that you are worth profound care, even when you’re dirty and rattled.” -Ann Lamott. This simple principle can and should be applied to everyone– equally. It’s the unexpected level of care that restores dignity, rekindles hope and optimism, and fuels the sense of opportunity vital to stopping the vicious cycle of homelessness. Radical CARE was born out of a need to help the unhoused population. Hygiene isn't a privilege but a basic human right that should be guaranteed to all individuals. For the past two years, we have been able to help people experiencing homelessness through this event by providing warm showers, hot food, clothing, toiletries, haircuts, STI testing, and access to community resources. Our funding source has recently changed and we are needing the community's help in continuing this outreach event as well as providing pro-bono mental health services. Springing Families Forward (SFF) is intentional on serving community members who are often overlooked such as those experiencing homelessness and individuals who can't afford mental health treatment. Your donation will help to ensure that Radical CARE continues as well as helping individuals without access to mental health treatment to receive care


Springing Families Forward, the nonprofit extension of Spring Eternal Behavioral Health would like to thank everyone that participated with us before. We are excited about hosting 2 Radical Care events for 2025 on August 2 and October 4 in partnership with BeHeard.  We were able to serve nearly 200 citizens last year and with two events, we hope to at least serve 500! We are extremely grateful for BeHeard with their contribution of the use of their shower trailers. 

Our team is excited and looking forward to working with all of our community partners in assisting underrepresented populations in NE Oklahoma City.
