Neika Jones brings over two decades of leadership and governance experience as a public
servant. With an extensive organizational communication, policy development, and process
management background, Neika brings a wealth of expertise to contribute strategic insight,
program development, financial understanding, and a strong passion for organizational
excellence. Her ability to support, organize, and implement policy and procedures for various
organizations is only a few of her attributes.
Neika’s professional journey began with enlisting in the U.S. Air Force Reserves, serving
seventeen years while earning an Associate in Human Resources, then a Bachelor’s degree in
Organizational Communications from Oklahoma City University, followed by a Master’s degree
in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University. She has held various
leadership positions in government organizations, including currently serving as the Directives
and Advisory Circular Program Manager for the Federal Aviation Administration, where she
manages policy development and implementation for the agency.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Neika is an active community member, volunteering with
local organizations, mentoring outreach programs, and serving on her church's financial and
usher board. She is passionate about supporting mental health endeavors, giving back to the
community, and supporting initiatives that promote empowerment, education, and
entrepreneurship.
